Every Chitrapotli piece is made to order and finished to the highest standards. We deliver bespoke art to collectors across India and around the world. This policy explains how we handle processing, shipping and delivery so you know exactly what to expect.

Crafting and preparation

  • Each artwork is handcrafted by skilled artisans. It typically takes 6-8 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 5 pm IST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic shipping (India)

  • We partner with premium courier services and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your shipment leaves our studio.

  • Complimentary shipping is available above a specified order value (adjust as needed).

International shipping

  • We proudly ship our art to select countries worldwide using reputable international couriers.

  • Delivery times vary by destination but generally fall within 7-21 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the collector.

Shipping fees

  • Domestic rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International rates depend on destination and package size.

  • If you prefer to purchase via Amazon India, you may take advantage of Amazon Prime for faster delivery and its additional fulfilment guarantees.

Tracking your order

  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order departs.

  • If you do not receive this email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Delays and disruptions

  • We guarantee to hand over your order to our carriers on time, but factors such as holidays, severe weather or customs inspection may cause delaysshopify.com.
